How to register

Use the postcode checker below.  If you live within our practice boundary you can go ahead and register with us online using the button below the map.

If you do not live within our practice boundary, you may still be eligible to register, but you will need to read the information about out of area registration before applying.

Everyone living in England has the right to free care from a GP. Our receptionists won’t ask you about your immigration status.

We endeavour to process registrations immediately to enable a smooth transition from one practice to another.  Please note though that it can sometimes take several weeks for records to transfer from your previous GP practice.  You can still be seen during this period, but it would be very helpful to bring in any copies of old prescriptions or relevant letters if you are needing medications during this time.

You are within our practice boundary. You can use the button below to register with us online.
You are outside our practice boundary. You may be still eligible for out of area registration.

Additional notes on eligibility

University of Liverpool students

If you are a student at the University of Liverpool we extend our practice area, as part of our contract with them, and you can therefore register with us if you live at any address within the following Liverpool Postcode areas: L1, L2, L3, L6, L7, L8, L15, L17 and L18.

‘Buffer area’

If you are already registered with us, and then move to an address outside of the practice area but still in the vicinity, you might still be able to stay registered with us.  This depends on you remaining in our ‘Buffer area’.  Ask at reception to find out whether this applies to you.

If you are seeing this message it means the practice is currently closed. During this time our phone lines and eConsults are switched off.

Our opening hours are 8am-6.30pm Monday to Friday, but we also close on bank holidays and on the last Wednesday afternoon of every month for training. You can still browse the site for general information, but if you need help now, click below for options.
