As a Royal College of General Practitioners accredited research Practice we may invite you to take part in a research study. We will only use your information with your explicit consent, expressed on a consent form.  Your information will be securely held and no identifiable information will leave the practice. All reports and results will be anonymous. You can opt out at any time.

If you do not wish to take part you will not be identified further in the study.

Here are some of the studies we are involved with:

Hand Eczema research study.  Ask your doctor or nurse if you would be willing to take part.

The VACCept survey study, to understand the knowledge and acceptability of HPV vaccination to women aged 30 to 45 years and eligible for cervical screening.

PRIMROSE. Prediction and management of cardiovascular risk for people with severe mental illness

WRAP. Weight Loss Referrals for Adults in Primary Care

NATIONAL CANCER DIAGNOSIS AUDIT. This is an important national project to improve how people are diagnosed with cancer. If you have been diagnosed with cancer, your GP practice may share, securely, certain information with the National Cancer Registration and Analysis Centre at Public Health England.  If you do not want your information to be used, please inform the receptionist, your GP or your nurse.
