Understanding our patient’s needs is important to us so that we can explore and address issues fully. Common outcomes that patients value include improving our service through training, saying sorry when we have made a mistake, and addressing a communication issue or exploring the issues with you in more detail.

Our opening hours are 8am-6.30pm Monday to Friday, but we also close on bank holidays and on the last Wednesday afternoon of every month for training. You can still browse the site for general information, but if you need help now, click below for options.
